Glen responded within the day or the next day. He coordinated with all who participated in the team from assisting us in the self-tour open house, to consistent communication with the loan officers, to the timely signing of the forms, until the scheduling of out closing. He made sure to update me and my family of the steps and procedures and for any progress of the buying process.
